Slurry filling molding line
The filling is done to align the liquid level without being affected by the variation in the bottle's content volume.
■Features of the Device - All processes that affect product quality can be selected and input through the touch panel, and conditions can be saved and retrieved. - The filling mechanism uses a servo motor, allowing for pressurized filling (back) and quantitative filling (front) with a single pump. - The pressing mechanism also uses a servo motor, performing high-speed positioning control of the vacuum pad up to a certain point, then switching to torque control for pressing. - For preliminary pressing of front-filled products, a special vacuum pad is used, allowing for molding without contaminating the intermediate plate. (Patent pending) - The safety-enhanced explosion-proof specification increases the internal pressure within the control panel to prevent the entry of flammable gases. It monitors air pressure and will cut off the power supply if the air pressure drops.
